Nach 25 Jahren EU-weiten Versand haben wir uns nun schweren Herzens dazu entschlossen, den Verkauf in andere EU-Länder zu beenden.
Die neue Europäische Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR) verlangt nun von jedem Händler eine Registrierung und einen Vertreter, in jedem einzelnen Land in das man verkauft. Bei Missachtung der Verordnung drohen hohe Strafen von bis zu 200.000 EUR.
Diese EU-Verordnung ist ein Frontalangriff auf den freien Handel innerhalb Europas.
Unser Verkauf findet also nur noch in Deutschland und Österreich statt.
Allen Kunden aus der EU, die hier gerne etwas kaufen würden, können wir nur ein Bedauern ausdrücken. Auch für uns ist das eine bedeutende Einbuße, nicht zu vergleichen aber mit dem bürokratischen Aufwand und den Kosten, die eine Umsetzung der Verordnung bringen würde.
Falls Sie enttäuscht sind, dann beschweren Sie sich bitte bei der Europäischen Kommission ( https://european-union.europa.eu/contact-eu/write-us_de ), bei Ihrem Europaabgeordneten aber auch bei Ihrer Landesregierung, die diesen Unsinn umsetzt.
Leider ist die Politik nicht fähig gewesen zu begreifen, welchen Schaden sie damit der Europäischen Wirschaft zufügen.
Diesen Lieferstopp werden wir so lange aufrechterhalten, bis sich eine andere Lösung abzeichnet oder diese Verordnung gerichtlich gekippt wird.

Après 25 ans de distribution dans toute l'UE, nous avons pris la difficile décision de cesser nos ventes dans les autres pays de l'Union.
Le nouveau règlement européen sur les emballages (RPE) impose désormais à chaque détaillant de s'enregistrer et de désigner un représentant dans chaque pays où il vend ses produits. Le non-respect de ce règlement peut entraîner de lourdes amendes pouvant atteindre 200 000 €. Ce règlement européen constitue une atteinte directe au libre-échange en Europe. Par conséquent, nous ne vendrons désormais plus qu'en Allemagne et en Autriche.
Nous présentons nos plus sincères regrets à tous nos clients européens qui souhaitaient acheter nos produits. Cette situation représente également une perte importante pour nous, bien que moindre que les efforts et les coûts administratifs qu'impliquerait la mise en œuvre de ce règlement.
Si vous êtes déçu(e), nous vous invitons à déposer une réclamation auprès de la Commission européenne (https://european-union.europa.eu/contact-eu/write-us_de), de votre député européen, ainsi qu'auprès de votre gouvernement régional, responsable de l'application de ce règlement absurde. Malheureusement, les responsables politiques n'ont pas pris la mesure des dégâts qu'ils infligent à l'économie européenne.
Nous maintiendrons cette interruption d'approvisionnement jusqu'à ce qu'une autre solution soit trouvée ou que ce règlement soit invalidé par les tribunaux.

Dopo 25 anni di spedizioni in tutta l'UE, abbiamo preso la difficile decisione di interrompere le vendite verso altri paesi dell'Unione Europea.
Il nuovo Regolamento europeo sugli imballaggi (PPWR) impone a ogni rivenditore di registrarsi e di avere un rappresentante in ogni singolo paese in cui vende. La mancata conformità al regolamento può comportare pesanti sanzioni fino a 200.000 euro. Questo regolamento UE rappresenta un attacco diretto al libero scambio in Europa. Pertanto, d'ora in poi venderemo solo in Germania e Austria.
Ci scusiamo con tutti i nostri clienti UE che desideravano acquistare da noi. Anche per noi si tratta di una perdita significativa, sebbene non paragonabile agli sforzi burocratici e ai costi che l'attuazione del regolamento comporterebbe.

Manterremo questo blocco delle consegne fino a quando non emergerà un'altra soluzione o questo regolamento non verrà annullato da un tribunale.

After 25 years of shipping across the EU, we have now decided—with a heavy heart—to stop selling to other EU countries.
The new European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) now requires every merchant to register and appoint a representative in every single country where they sell. Failure to comply with the regulation carries the risk of heavy fines of up to €200,000. This EU regulation is a direct attack on free trade within Europe. Consequently, we will now only be selling within Germany and Austria.
We can only express our regret to any EU customers who might wish to purchase from us. While this represents a significant loss for us, it pales in comparison to the bureaucratic burden and costs that implementing the regulation would entail.
If you are disappointed, please lodge a complaint with the European Commission ( https://european-union.europa.eu/contact-eu/write-us_de ), with your Member of the European Parliament (MEP), and with your regional government—which is responsible for implementing this nonsense.
Unfortunately, policymakers have failed to grasp the damage they are inflicting on the European economy.
We will maintain this suspension of shipments until an alternative solution emerges or the regulation is overturned in court.
